Reservation Policy

(effective January 1st, 2026).

When making a reservation it is required to have a 50% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. You cannot cancel a reservation, however, you may postpone your reservation, and transfer the deposit along with the remaining balance, paid in full, to hold your reservation. You may transfer your deposit to another individual. However, the same regulations apply.
